Service-Order

This is how it works:

1.) Pack your MOUSTACHE (dry, clean, free of sand) in a carton.

2.) Print this PDF form, fill it out and put it together with your MOUSTACHE in the carton.

3.) Send it to the following address:

4.) Your MOUSTACHE will be professionally inspected according to a detailed procedure (repairs with an additional effort up to 50,- EUR (incl. VAT) will be performed immediately. In case of higher repair costs we will first contact you with a cost estimation).

5.) An order confirmation with bank information will be sent by e-mail right away (cost 200,- EUR plus shipping).

6.) After receipt of payment, your MOUSTACHE will be sent immediately via UPS. For handling reasons we require payment in advance.

7.) Enjoy your MOUSTACHE freshly inspected for another 2 years of safety.
