It is important to choose a wing that matches your skill level in order to enjoy the sport to its fullest. Choosing the right wing matters. The SCOUT is built to match developing skills, increasing safety, confidence, and the fun factor from day one. With great power comes great responsibility.
Warning
IMPORTANT: With the winglets activated, the wing shows very high roll stability. Be aware: Once you deactivate the winglets, the flight characteristics change significantly. The wing becomes noticeably more roll-active, agile, and dynamic. Make sure you are prepared to handle this increased responsiveness. Assess your pilot skills realistically. Only deactivate the winglets if you are fully confident that you can control and manage the wing safely in this mode.

What Makes SCOUT Different?
FLARE SystemÂ
The FLARE System integrates dynamic angle-of-attack control directly into your brake input.
Through a defined pulley setup, brake travel progressively mixes in rear riser control:
• C level moves at a 1:3 ratio to brake travel
• B level moves at a 1:6 ratio
This controlled mixing changes the angle of attack in a defined way and allows you to adjust glide performance and energy through brake input.
Combined with the reflex profile and its positive pitching stability, the parakite maintains line tension and structural integrity even at higher speeds. The canopy naturally moves forward and stays pressurised.
The brake handles are connected via an elastic Free Brake Line for easier launch preparation. In flight, always keep the brake handles secured in the loops and never release them.
Features
Reflex Profile
The reflex profile keeps the wing stable at a low angle of attack and at full acceleration. The counter-arching pushes the trailing edge down and prevents a front stall. The reflex profile is essential for controlling and depowering your parakite.
Killer Mushroom
The Killer Mushroom is the perfect tool to kill your SCOUT, it is connected on the B level and will stop your wing completely from generating any lift. The best emergency help when you are standing on the ground and the wind gets too strong and you want to bring your wing to the ground. Don't use while flying – please DON'T!
Automatic Drainage System
The Automatic Drainage System hides in the internal construction of our parakite. Dirt and small objects that got inside the wing slide automatically from the middle section to the wingtips. They exit the wing through two big holes at the trailing edge of the wingtips.
Shark Nose
The sharknose is a leading-edge design that improves the performance and stability of the SCOUT. It helps maintain the internal pressure more effectively across different angles of attack, leading to a wider speed range, better handling and stall resistance in varying wind conditions.
Mini Ribs
Mini Ribs are small internal ribs near the SCOUT trailing edge that refine its shape. They improve airflow, reduce drag, and give the parakite a cleaner, more efficient trailing edge - enhance control and glide performance.
Best Trim Labels
The FLARE SCOUT has its best glide ratio when you pull your brake handles (not the brake handle loop) slightly below the height of the L/R... L/R flags on the riser. This is your ‘best glide’ position.
RFS - Riser Fix System
Our Riser Fix System is a rigid foil that is sewn at the lowers sails trailing edge and hides inside pockets. You can slide it through your riser loops to keep them perfectly organized when packing or unpacking your wing. It also prevents line tangling when packing or unpacking your wing. Together with the left and right "Best Trim" Labels starting your session will get much easier. Put the rigid foil back in the pockets when flying.
Stabilo Brake on the Wingtip
That Feature adds a more effective 2D steering to the SCOUT "toolbox". This enables more precise turns by controlling both the main and stabilo (wingtip) brakes. A turn can be initiated by pulling the control handle toward you to engage the stabilo brake. For flat turns, start in the best glide position. Move the outside hand away from your body and bring the inside hand closer toward you.
Nitinol Rigid Foil
Engineered for uncompromising stability and efficiency. The SCOUT’s rigid foil maintains its perfect shape in every condition while delivering maximum glide, precision, and control across the entire speed range.
Adaptive Winglets
The SCOUT adapts to your flying style. Zippable winglets allow you to fine‑tune roll response, creating a calmer, more composed feel when deployed, or a more playful, agile character when zipped away.
