FLARE was born from that drive to go beyond what already existed. To combine power and glide, performance and safety, and turn them into a system that feels intuitive in your hands.
More than 20 years of development knowledge from skywalk Paragliders and FLYSURFER shaped the foundation. But FLARE is not a crossover. It’s a new chapter.

A physicist by training and a lifelong flyer, he saw early on what others did not: that the joy, precision and freedom of flight deserved a fresh interpretation. With decades of product innovation behind him, Armin’s vision was never about the next trend, it was about lasting value and real performance.

Benni grew up with flight in his hands. Some say he can see air — and with the original MOUSTACHE and the FLARE System, he turned that vision into reality. His relentless refinement and deep understanding of dynamics are a big part of why FLARE feels the way it does. Benni doesn’t just create gear — he shapes how we think about flying.
